ChipMOS Announces Adjustment To Conversion Price Of Convertible Notes
HSINCHU, Taiwan, Nov. 4, 2005 -- ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: IMOS) today announced that, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture, dated November 3, 2004, between the Company and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, it has notified the Trustee that the Conversion Price has been adjusted from US$7.85 per Common Share to US$6.28 per Common Share, with effect from November 3, 2005.
