("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 8150 and NASDAQ: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services ("OSAT"), today reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for the month of February 2022. All U.S. dollar figures cited in this press release are based on the exchange rate of NT$28.04 to US$1.00 as of February 28, 2022.

Revenue for the month of February 2022 was NT$2,096.9 million or US$74.8 million, an increase of 7.1% compared to February 2021 and a decrease of 7.7% compared to January 2022. The record high February 2022 revenue level reflects continued favorable supply and demand dynamics, and the benefit of stable higher utilization level across its DDIC high-end test platform.
