ChipMOS DECLARES US$0.14 CASH DIVIDEND

ChipMOS DECLARES US$0.14 CASH DIVIDENDHsinchu, Taiwan, August 30, 2013 -- The Board of Directors of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. ("ChipMOS" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services ("OSAT"), today declared a cash dividend of US$0.14 per share payable on October 30, 2013 to all common shareholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2013.
