ChipMOS Will Resume Its Trading at the Taiwan Stock Exchange on December 1, 2016 (Taiwan Time)
Hsinchu, Taiwan - 11/30/2016 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange under Stock Ticker 8150 and on the NASDAQ under Stock Ticker IMOS; hereinafter “ChipMOS”) today announced that it has filed with the Taiwan Stock Exchange and the Taiwan Stock Exchange has approved to resume the trading of the stock of ChipMOS on December 1, 2016 (Taipei time) pursuant to the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation Procedures for Verification and Disclosure of Material Information of Companies with Listed Securities. Therefore, the trading of ChipMOS stock will resume when the market opens at 9:00 a.m., December 1, 2016 (Taipei time).
